A resident of village Kangar landlord Rai Jodh invited the Guru Hargobind to visit his village. Though he was Muslim but he was a great devotee of Guru hargobind.
<br/><br/>The Guru accepted the invitation of Rai Jodh and reached Kangar. There when the royal forces came to know that the Guru was staying at Kangar they attacked him.
<br/><br/>Rai Jodh along with his brother Osman Khan faced the Mughal forces. Kabuli Beg the commander of the royal forces attacked the Guru. But in return the Guru gave him such a blow that he died then and there.
<br/><br/>After winning the battle the Guru left for Kartarpur.
<br/><br/>There Ani Rai brother of (Guru) Tegh Bahadur passed away. This was also a very great loss for the child (Guru) Tegh Bahadur.
